5.NEW BUSINESS:

1. 3.Review the Annexation Prepetition Review submitted by Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC; discuss the proposed annexation and requested zoning in accordance with Wyoming State Statute and the Town's annexation ordinance; determine whether the proposal constitutes a Minor or Major Annexation; and provide direction to the Planning & Zoning Administrator for preparation of the Commission's written Prepetition Review Report to the Town Council:

   Suggested Motion: I move to classify the proposed annexation as a (Minor/Major) Annexation and authorize the Planning & Zoning Administrator to prepare the Planning & Zoning Commission's written Annexation Prepetition Review Report for submission to the Town Council. The report shall reflect the Commission's discussion, findings, and recommendations regarding the statutory annexation criteria, the requested zoning and its consistency with the Town's Master Plan, the annexation classification, and any additional comments or recommendations made.
