1. a.Consideration to Ratify the Mayor’s Execution of Addendum No. 1 to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Fee Agreement:

   Suggested Motion: Motion to to approve and ratify Addendum No. 1 to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Fee Agreement, as executed by the Mayor.

2. b.Wellhouse Emergency Generator Purchase Award:

   Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the purchase of one 300 kW emergency generator and 600-amp automatic transfer switch for the Town wellhouse from Western States Equipment Company in the amount of $95,410, as described in Quote 31729986 dated September 24, 2026, and authorize staff to issue the purchase order.

3. c.Out-of-Cycle Travel & Tourism Grant Application - South Entrance Welcome Sign Repair:

   Suggested Motion: Motion to support the Town of Alpine's out-of-cycle Travel and Tourism grant application requesting $3,950 for repair of the south entrance welcome sign and authorize staff to pursue the funding.

4. d.Contracting with Jorgensen Engineering to Develop Hillside, Roadway, Lift Station, and Stormwater Design Standards in an Amount Not to Exceed $43,900:

   Suggested Motion: Motion to contract with Jorgensen Engineering to develop Hillside, Roadway (Slope), Rodway (Non-Slope), List Station, and Storm Water standards in an amount not to exceed $43,900.

5. e.Direction on the Use of Wyoming Business Council Revenue Recapture Funds from the Sale of Melvin Brewing:

1. a.Used Service Pickup with Crane:

   Suggested Motion: Motion to authorize staff to purchase a used service pickup, equipped with a crane, in an amount not to exceed $75,000 and direct staff to amend the water fund capital outlays budget by $30,000 to accommodate this purchase.

11.PUBLIC COMMENT

Public comment is limited to a total of 20 minutes, with each speaker allowed up to 3 minutes. This is an opportunity to address the Council on any topic. The Council may listen but will not take action on items raised during this time. Speakers are expected to maintain decorum and be respectful. Written comments may be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of the meeting.
