  5. e.Resolution No. 2026-034 - A Resolution Certifying the Procedural Sufficiency of the Annexation Petition Submitted by Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC, Premier Realty Investments, LLC, and Steve Turley and Setting a Public Hearing Date in Accordance With W.S. § 15-1-405; This Resolution Does Not Approve The Proposed Annexation:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-034 - A Resolution Certifying the Procedural Sufficiency of the Annexation Petition Submitted by Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC, Premier Realty Investments, LLC, and Steve Turley and Setting a Public Hearing Date in Accordance With W.S. § 15-1-405.

8.PUBLIC COMMENT

Public comment shall be conducted in accordance with the Town of Alpine’s most recently adopted Council Rules of Procedure. Each speaker is limited to three minutes. Remarks shall be directed to the Mayor, and the Council is under no obligation to respond. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting
