Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the 3rd Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-013 - An Ordinance Approving And Authorizing The Annexation Of Alpine Apex Annexation / Alpine Village No. 1 Plat 3 Lot 96 Approximately 2.5 Acres Of Property Located In Lincoln County, Into The Boundaries Of The Town Of Alpine, Wyoming.
Suggested Motion: Motion to approve 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-014 - An Ordinance Repealing And Replacing Ordinance No. 2025-011; Amending Certain Sections Of Part 2 – Procedures, Part 4 – Development Standards, And Part 5 – Appeals Of The Town Of Alpine Land Use And Development Code; Updating Public Notice, Subdivision, Building Permit, Inspection, And Building Code Requirements; And Amending The Table Of Contents Accordingly.
Suggested Motion: Motion to approve 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-012 - An Ordinance Establishing Local Exemptions, Modifications, And Amendments To The Most Currently Adopted International Code Council (ICC) Codes As Referenced In Section 4-201 And Section 4-203 Of The Town Of Alpine Land Use And Development Code.
Suggested Motion: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-034 - A Resolution Certifying the Procedural Sufficiency of the Annexation Petition Submitted by Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC, Premier Realty Investments, LLC, and Steve Turley and Setting a Public Hearing Date in Accordance With W.S. § 15-1-405.

Remarks shall be directed to the Mayor, and the Council is under no obligation to respond. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting
