  1. a.Resolution No. 2026-036 - A Resolution Adopting The Town Of Alpine 2026 Master Plan As Adopted And Certified By The Town Of Alpine Planning And Zoning Commission; Repealing Resolution No. 2025-014; And Reinstating Section 1-104(B)(7) Of The Town Of Alpine Land Use And Development Code:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-036, adopting the Town of Alpine 2026 Master Plan as adopted and certified by the Town of Alpine Planning and Zoning Commission, repealing Resolution No. 2025-014, and reinstating Section 1-104(B)(7) of the Town of Alpine Land Use and Development Code.

  2. b.Authorization to Submit an Out-of-Cycle Travel & Tourism Grant Application for the 2027 Music in the Mountains Series - Up to $32,000 from FY27 and FY28 Funds:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to authorize staff to submit an out-of-cycle application to the Town of Alpine Travel and Tourism Board for the 2027 Music in the Mountains series in an amount up to $32,000, including a request for approval of $8,000 from FY27 Travel and Tourism funds for the June band bookings, and $24,000 for FY28 Travel & Tourism funds for the July through September bookings subject to available funding and grant approval.

  3. c.Approval of an Additional $3,500 in FY27 Expenses for the 2027 Music in the Mountains Summer Series, Increasing the Authorized Amount to $23,500, with the Increase Funded from Prior-Year Fund Balance:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve an additional $3,500 in FY27 expenses for the Music in the Mountains 2027 Summer Series, increasing the total authorized amount from $20,000 to $23,500, and to fund the $3,500 increase from the prior-year fund balance

  1. a.Used Service Pickup with Crane:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to authorize staff to purchase a used service pickup, equipped with a crane, in an amount not to exceed $75,000 and direct staff to amend the water fund capital outlays budget by $30,000 to accommodate this purchase.

12.PUBLIC COMMENT

Public comment is limited to a total of 20 minutes, with each speaker allowed up to 3 minutes. This is an opportunity to address the Council on any topic. The Council may listen but will not take action on items raised during this time. Speakers are expected to maintain decorum and be respectful. Written comments may be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of the meeting.
