  1. A.Approve transfer of ownership and location for Retail Liquor License #6 from the Wyoming Catholic Food Services LLC, d/b/a/  at 306 Main Street, Wyoming, to Solstice 12, Inc., d/b/a Baldwins at 388 Main Street, Suite B, Lander, Wyoming.

  2. B.Authorize Mayor to sign Lander Municipal Airport Hangar Space Land Lease Agreement for 511 lease with Ed and Lana Hanson

  3. C.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Task Order #2026-01 under contract number 260028, bewteen the City of Lander and Ardurra Group, Inc. for the Apron Reconstruction-Bidding & CA Services project.

  4. D.Approve Pay Request for Draw 3 for Jefferson Street Extension CDBG project

  5. E.Approve Pay Request #4 to Gregco for substantial completion on Gannett Peak Safe Routes project

  6. F.Approve Gannett Peak Change Order 3 for final in-place quantity adjustments per contract

  7. G.Authorize the Mayor to sign the Section 00630 Retainage Joint Account Agreement with Wilson Brother's Construction for the Buena Vista Water and Roadway Improvement Project.

  8. H.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Acceptance of Quote#Q-124016-1 with CivicPlus for Agenda and Meeting Management.

  9. I.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Acceptance of Quote#Q-123715-1 with CivicPlus for the City of Lander Municipal Website.

  10. J.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed for the Hunt Field-Apron Reconstruction & Replace Beacon Project. AIP No. 3-56-0016-026/027-2026, State Project No. ALN008/ALN019 to Century Companies, Inc. for $3,203,792.00.

  11. K.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Juvenile Justice Services of Fremont County Agreement for FY 2026 2027, in the amount of $35,000.00.

  12. L.Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Acceptance of Quote#Q-147425-1 with CivicPlus for virtual training on the Recreational Management system.
